Elaine Nelson
Elaine Nelson is the Office Manager of Vancouver Choices. She attended Choices in June 2005 and quickly attended all the Choices programs in order to aptly assist anyone in learning about Choices programs. Armand Tessier
Armand Tessier is the "heart" of Vancouver Choices. He is the Marketing Director for British Columbia. While his base is Vancouver, Armand assists in all three cities as well as Super Choices and Super Givers. Armand's purpose is to help people feel good about themselves and to make a difference. Armand completed Choices in April of 1998 and has been involved since that time.
